We promote energy efficiency and conservation in our operations, and we actively work towards minimising our energy consumption, with a cycle to work scheme, encouraging the use of public transport where possible and an EV salary sacrifice scheme to assist employees to transition away from fossil fuels.

We use 100% renewable energy sources to run our business, since switching to renewable energy we have successfully reduced our reliance on fossil fuels and decreased our greenhouse gas emissions.

In the eCommerce industry, packaging materials can contribute significantly to waste generation and we strive to use sustainable packaging options that are recyclable, biodegradable, or made from recycled materials. This reduces the environmental impact associated with the packaging waste.

We actively collaborate with our suppliers to promote sustainable practices throughout our supply chain, including switching to suppliers that either use 100% renewable energy or are working hard towards that goal.

We remain committed to exploring new opportunities, expanding our outreach, and collaborating with stakeholders to create a lasting and sustainable impact.

We assist with fundraising campaigns throughout the year to generate financial support for charitable causes. These campaigns may take the form of charity runs, online crowdfunding, auctions, or creative initiatives tailored to the interests and preferences of our employees and stakeholders. We recently worked with an online content creator to raise over £3500 for the Dogs Trust, a charity that works to protect the welfare of dogs in the UK.

We actively contribute a percentage of our profits to charitable organisations that align with our values and focus areas. Our goal is to make a meaningful impact on critical societal issues such as education, healthcare, and environmental conservation. We carefully select reputable and transparent organisations that demonstrate effective use of funds and a measurable impact on their respective causes.

To further encourage our employees' philanthropic spirit, we have a matching donations program in place. Under this program, we match a portion of the donations made by our employees to eligible charitable organisations. This initiative doubles the impact of their contributions and encourages a culture of giving within our organisation.
